Hydrologic Determinations of the Upper Basin

• 1988 - Hydrologic Determination; 6.0 million acre-feet (maf).
• 2007 - Hydrologic Determination; 5.76 maf; reduction of 240,000 acre-feet.
• 2025 - Hydrologic Determination; a projection of 4.6 maf; based on decrease of 30-year average since 2001.

Depletion Schedules of the Upper Basin

• 2007 - Depletion Schedule of Shortage Criteria EIS (App C); 886,000 acre-feet increase to Year 2060.
• Deceber 12, 2007 - Depletion Schedule; 1.186 million acre-feet to Year 2050+
• December 31, 2016 - Revised Depletion Schedule; 2016 (5.056 maf) to 2070 (5.962 maf); 906,000 acre-feet.
• 2025 - OTC projection (editors of this website) of Depletion Schedule: zero; river and reservoir water will be transferred downstream to stabilize Lake Powell.

Flaming Gorge Reservoir Release & Diversions

• 2007 - Flaming Gorge Water Availibility. Reclamation; 165,000 acre-feet annually.
